My baking teachers are mothers and grand mothers(sometimes fathers) in Australia and England. During my visit there they made delicious sweets,like cakes cookies in short time and very simple way.

It was amazing!! I have learned a lot. And I ate a lot, so I put on much weight while I was in Australia.

I would like to introduce you to those lovely sweets. I use recipes in English. I have added some changes and variation of recipes for preparation in Japan, because some ingredients are not available here. I want you to make sweets which we have made in my lessons together and try to reproduce them when you go back.

You can check the date and sweets to be made in the schedule of this homepages at the beginning of every month, and you can join us whenever you want.
